1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a defective product.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product is missing parts or accessories that were included in the order.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, labels, and invoices.

• Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Aroma & Flavouring Products

• Splash Colours

• Candy Colours

• Chocolate & Compound Chocolate

• Nuts & Fillings

• Edible Decorations

• Perishable Food Products

• Clearance or Sale Items

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer support team with:

• Order Number

• Product Name

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Incorrectly shipped products

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when:

• A replacement is unavailable.

• The returned product passes our quality inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by Baked With Love Online.

• If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Customer unavailability

• Refusal to accept delivery

shipping charges and return logistics costs may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

10. Quality Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Baked With Love Online reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

• The product has been used.

• The product is damaged due to customer misuse.

• Original packaging is missing.
